Burkholderia cepacia complex (BCC) represent a group of opportunistic organisms that cause wide variety infections including the nosocomial. The organism is found to sepsis and also reported blood stream in malignancy. Here, we present case series five patients with which an unsual violet pigment producing BCC was isolated.
